1. Booking and Payment:

To secure your spot on a tour, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
Full payment must be made before the tour departure date.

2.Cancellations and Refunds:

Cancellations made by participants:

1. Cancellations made prior to the tour departure date are subject to a cancellation fee.
2. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour departure time.

Cancellations made by Tour Keeda:

1. In the unlikely event that we must cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

3.Health and Safety:

Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically and medically fit for the chosen tour.
Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements at the time of booking.
Tour Keeda reserves the right to refuse participation to any individual deemed unfit for the tour due to health or safety concerns.

4.Travel Documents:

It is the participant's responsibility to ensure they possess valid passports, visas, and any other required travel documents.
Tour Keeda will not be held liable for any consequences resulting from the participant's failure to obtain necessary travel documents.

5.Insurance:
We highly recommend that participants obtain travel insurance to cover unforeseen events such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and loss of personal belongings.

6.Changes to Itinerary:

While we strive to adhere to the tour itinerary, unforeseen circumstances may necessitate changes.
Tour Keeda reserves the right to modify the itinerary or replace tour components with alternatives of equal value without prior notice.

7.Code of Conduct:

Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner towards fellow participants, tour guides, and locals.
Any behavior deemed disruptive, disrespectful, or illegal may result in immediate expulsion from the tour without refund.

8.Liability:

Tour Keeda shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage, or delay arising from circumstances beyond our control.
Participants are responsible for their personal belongings throughout the tour.
