  • Cancellations made between 24 to 48 hours before the scheduled tour departure time are eligible for a 50% refund.
  • No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled tour departure time or for no-shows on the day of the tour.

2. Refund Processing Time:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation.
  • The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the initial booking.

3. Tour Cancellation by Tour Keeda:

  • In the unlikely event that Tour Keeda must cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather, safety concerns, or other unavoidable reasons, customers will receive a full refund.
  • Tour Keeda reserves the right to cancel or reschedule tours if the minimum participant requirement is not met. In such cases, customers will be notified in advance, and they will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

4. Refund Exceptions:

  • Refunds will not be provided for any additional expenses incurred by customers, such as transportation costs to the tour meeting point, accommodation, meals, or any other incidental expenses.
  • Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with the tour experience, as we strive to provide accurate descriptions of our tours and activities on our website and promotional materials.
